Via Lemon Squeezy (payment platform)

Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC) acts as Merchant of Record and processes: name, email address, payment details, billing address, and IP address (for VAT determination).

From Lemon Squeezy we receive only:

We do not receive or store any payment data (credit card numbers, PayPal data).

Via the product itself

The Product collects no data whatsoever. The files run locally on your own systems via Claude Code. There is no telemetry, tracking, or "phone home" functionality.

Lemon Squeezy LLC is based in the United States. By making a purchase, personal data is processed in the US. Lemon Squeezy applies appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). See the Lemon Squeezy privacy policy for details.

10. Data breach procedure

In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will report this within 72 hours to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. In case of high risk, we will inform you personally by email.

11. Necessity of providing data

Providing your name and email address is necessary to deliver the Product. Without this data, the agreement cannot be performed.

12. Complaints

Complaints regarding personal data can be directed to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

13. Changes

Changes will be published on the product page. In case of material changes, we will inform existing customers by email.
