Claude Routines Starter Kit — Last updated: April 2026

1. Definitions

• Product: The digital package "Claude Routines Starter Kit", consisting of routine configurations, manuals, and supplementary documentation in Markdown format.
• Seller: Molen Labs, sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) in Leeuwarden, Netherlands.
• Buyer: The natural person or legal entity who purchases the Product.
• Platform: Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), the Merchant of Record that processes the payment.

2. License

2.1 What you may do

• Use the Product for personal and commercial projects.
• Adapt the routine prompts and configurations to suit your own needs.
• Use the Product within your team or organization (max. 1 team/organization per license).
• Freely use the generated output (reports, PRs, Slack messages).

2.2 What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share the Product (in whole or in part).
• Offer the Product as part of your own product or service.
• Upload the files to public repositories (GitHub, GitLab, etc.).
• Transfer the license to third parties.

2.3 Team use

A single license is valid for use by 1 person or 1 team (maximum 10 people) within the same organization. Multiple licenses are required for multiple teams, larger teams, or multiple organizations.

3. Delivery

• The Product is delivered immediately after payment as a digital download via Lemon Squeezy.
• You will receive a download link by email. Keep this link — it is your access to the product and future updates.
• Delivery is instant. You can download the Product immediately after purchase.

4. Updates

• Updates are provided free of charge for 6 months after the date of purchase.
• Updates are available via your original download link.
• Updates include: bug fixes, adjustments to changes in the Claude Routines API, and improvements.
• There is no guarantee regarding the addition of new routines or features.

5. Right of Withdrawal / Refund

• You have a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
• Refund requests can be submitted via Lemon Squeezy or by email.
• In case of a refund, the full purchase price will be returned. You will lose access to the Product and future updates.

5.1 Model withdrawal form

Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? Send an email within 14 days of purchase containing:

• "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from our contract for the supply of the digital product Claude Routines Starter Kit."
• Order date
• Name of the Buyer
• Email address used to place the order

6. Disclaimer & Liability

6.1 Dependence on third parties

The Product makes use of Claude Code Routines, a service provided by Anthropic PBC. Functionality depends on an active Claude Pro/Max/Team/Enterprise subscription, the availability of the Claude Routines feature, and a connected GitHub account.

Seller is not liable for changes, outages, or discontinuation of the Claude Routines service by Anthropic.

6.2 No guarantee of results

The Product contains configurations and prompts intended as a starting point. Results depend on your specific codebase, configuration, and use case.

6.3 Conformity warranty

The Digital Content Directive (EU 2019/770) applies. In the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled to repair (update) or, if repair is not possible, a (partial) price reduction.

6.4 Limitation of liability

Seller's total liability is limited to the purchase amount. Seller is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits. This limitation does not apply in the event of intent or gross negligence.

7. Support

The Product includes extensive self-service documentation. Individual support is not included. Serious bugs can be reported by email.

8. Intellectual property

The Product remains the property of Seller. The Buyer obtains a license to use it, not ownership. Modified versions may not be distributed.

9. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you can always rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of your own country.

10. Changes

Seller reserves the right to amend these terms. Existing buyers are bound by the terms that applied at the time of purchase.
