As a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU (EU Consumer Rights Directive). Within this period you receive the full purchase price back.
Per Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal for digital content (such as the Claude Routines Starter Kit) lapses if:
How this works here: during Polar checkout you'll see a clear checkbox ("I agree to immediate delivery and waive my right of withdrawal"). Checking this box grants immediate access and waives your cooling-off period.
If you don't check the box, you keep the full 14-day cooling-off period but the Product is only delivered after that period ends (or once you explicitly request delivery).

Beyond the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, we reserve the right to review refund requests on a goodwill basis. Serious product defects or cases where the Product demonstrably does not work as described will always be considered — also after 14 days, per the Digital Content Directive (EU 2019/770).

We reserve the right to reject refund requests in cases of demonstrated abuse, such as systematically purchasing and refunding the Product to continue using it after refund.
